SOFIOUEST is proud to be working alongside Groupe MAZUREAU on an ambitious and emblematic renovation project, which will soon be home to the EIFFAGE ENERGIE SYSTEMES teams.

This innovative project embodies the joint determination of SOFIOUEST and Groupe MAZUREAU to transform an old building into a site that meets today's highest standards of energy efficiency and insulation.

A true showcase for the ecological transition in the real estate sector, illustrating SOFIOUEST's strong commitment to virtuous, environmentally-friendly schemes.

It took two years to structure and bring to fruition this project, on which work has just begun. A collective success!
