New appointment as Investment Director

SOFIOUEST, the Evergreen investment company, announces the promotion of Benjamin DOSDAT to Investment Director.

A graduate of Rouen Business School, he joined SOFIOUEST's teams at the end of 2023 as Investment Manager, after starting his career with agri-food specialist Unigrains (2017-2022) and passing through the ranks of Capza (2022-2023).

The company, which has recently restructured its governance structure, intends to step up its direct investments in expansion capital and small-cap LBOs.

With investment tickets of between €2 and €8 million, SOFIOUEST has notably carried out the primary MBO of APTIC (recruitment firm) and participated in the LBO of LOCALA (Adtech) last September, a company already supported since 2018.
