Mission | After creating the "Femmes de Bretagne" women's self-help platform in 2014, Marie ELOY launched BOUGE TA BOITE: a women's business network across France in 2016. Its vocation was to enable female entrepreneurs to talk about growth and financing without taboos, with authenticity and thanks to collective intelligence. The network functioned thanks to circles of 25 female business leaders, from 25 different professions, who met every 15 days to gain in Leadership, Expertise and Sales. The network represented over 1,800 female managers in 115 towns and cities across France.
Since 2021, in response to the need to guide companies and support women who want to boost their careers, BOUGE TA BOITE had come up with a training program tailored to women executives, managers and aspiring managers: BOUGE TON GROUPE. This one-year, QUALIOPI-certified training program used the power of the group to deal with limiting beliefs, revealing the full potential of the women present by getting them to work on their skills.
