Mission | ARKÉA CAPITAL, the private equity subsidiary of GROUPE CRÉDIT MUTUEL ARKÉA, offers entrepreneurs, family offices and institutional investors the opportunity to co-invest alongside ARKÉA CAPITAL 2 (a professional private equity fund) in unlisted French SMEs and ETIs in all sectors.
In addition to its investment vehicle, ARKÉA CAPITAL aims to develop and lead a genuine entrepreneurial ecosystem around ARKÉA CAPITAL 2, within which investors and companies can exchange and pool their expertise and resources for the benefit of local development.
ARKÉA CAPITAL 2 is unique in that it is coupled with an endowment fund dedicated to local development and employment. Each subscription to ARKÉA CAPITAL 2 funds the philanthropic organization PHINOE with 5% of the amounts subscribed. ARKÉA CAPITAL also passes on 30% of its management fees to PHINOE. |
