Neocase Software, a global provider of HR service management platforms, announces a new €6 million round of financing led by Entrepreneur Venture, alongside Sofiouest, the management team and historical shareholder Iris Capital. This round of funding will enable Neocase Software to further develop its R&D programs and sales force, extend its service offering beyond large enterprises to also serve mid-sized companies, and accelerate its international expansion, particularly in Germany and the Nordic countries. The SaaS platform posted growth of 22% in 2019 and is targeting over 20% in 2020 despite the Covid-19 crisis.
Neocase Software opens its HR digitization service to mid-sized companies in new regions
A leader in HR service management for almost twenty years, Neocase Software has expanded its offering and teams in key regions to meet the needs of large corporations. With offices and teams in Paris (where the company is headquartered), London, Amsterdam and Boston, the company is now strengthening its offering and presence in the DACH region (Germany and Eastern Europe), the UK and the Nordic countries, where it already serves customers in the automotive, security and financial services sectors.
Neocase Software will also be strengthening its R&D and sales teams in order to develop and attract mid-sized companies. Indeed, the HR digitization offering was initially developed to increase the efficiency of companies with over 10,000 employees and remote HR needs.
The company will therefore use the funds to fuel its expansion and help intermediate structures by making its offering available to organizations with 1,500 or more employees. This will enable HR departments to digitize and lighten their workload thanks to an HR Ready© platform.
This new development will be supported by a strong network of partners, including software publishers such as Workday, Talentsoft and CoreHR, and service companies such as CGI, TCS and Sopra Steria.
Today, Neocase Software serves, directly and through integrators, more than 150 customers operating in 180 countries. References include Société Générale, Air France, Cap Gemini, Thales, WorldBank, Peugeot-Opel, Axa, Sandvik, UCB, Penn State University, Harrods, United Health Service, MGM Resorts, AG2R La Mondiale.
Digitize HR services to enable professionals to focus on key roles rather than managing requests.
Companies of all sizes have recently been faced with serious HR challenges: the shift to high-speed remote working, the digitization of documents, the management of part-time work and employees with specific personal situations, and so on. Their day-to-day work has been shaken up, and workloads, particularly for remote employees, have increased and been diverted in unprecedented ways.
More than ever, HR departments need to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their teams, so that they can focus their attention on career development, recruitment and project management, rather than on managing incoming requests. Neocase Software makes it possible to digitize a wide range of day-to-day tasks through a digital platform that can be accessed remotely, from anywhere, by all employees. This is underpinned by a robust talent and employee management solution, based on artificial intelligence and leveraging Big Data, to guarantee a personalized experience as well as a response to every request.
Didier Moscatelli, CEO of Neocase Software says: " Neocase Software is a global HR services expert helping companies to structure the digitalization of their employees. The digitization of HR communications in large organizations is now a 'must have', and our 15 years' experience in HR systems is essential to enable companies to enhance the experience of their employees. This new round of funding will enable us to meet strong demand from mid-sized companies for our SaaS solution, and to expand our R&D and sales efforts into new markets such as the DACH region, the UK and the Nordic countries. We look forward to this new chapter alongside strong investors such as Entrepreneur Venture, Iris Capital and Sofiouest."
Pierre-Alexis de Vauplane, Investment Director at Entrepreneur Venture, adds: "We are delighted to give Neocase the means to continue its growth. We've been talking to the company for several months, and the momentum generated by Didier Moscatelli has convinced us; the last few weeks have also confirmed, in times of crisis, the value of Neocase for companies and employees."
Pierre de Fouquet, co-founder of Iris Capital, and Nicolas Iordanov, Principal at Iris Capital, commented: "We have been supporting Neocase Software for many years, and we are once again at its side for this new stage, which aims to accelerate its international growth, notably by broadening its offer to mid-size customers and by drawing on a first-rate partner-distributor network. and relying on a network of first-rate partner-distributors.
Patrice Hutin, CEO of Sofiouest , comments: "Sofiouest has long been convinced of the relevance of digitally "augmented" management of human relations within companies. Neocase's solutions enable managers and HR directors to spend more time on individual and career development issues, and less on more transactional matters. We are delighted to be able to contribute to the development of these solutions in France and internationally, and have great confidence in the Neocase team."
